Our Quality Marks
Help and Care strives to acheive excellence in everything it does. We are proud to have achieved the following Quality Marks;
Social Enterprise Mark
Help and Care was one of the first organisations in Dorset to be awarded the Social Enterprise Mark
The Social Enterprise Mark is a recognisable label that confirms the organisation is trading for the benefit of local people, rather than shareholders or owners.
Kresse Wesling a Social Enterprise Ambassador for the Cabinet Office presented the Social Enterprise Mark to Mark Sharman, Chief Executive of Help and Care, at a celebration event held on 29 July, 2009.

Investors in Volunteers accreditation
Help and Care was one of the first organisations in the country to receive the Investors in Volunteers accreditation and the first in Dorset.
Investing in Volunteers is the UK quality standard for all organisations which involve volunteers in their work. The Standard enables organisations to comprehensively review their volunteer management, and also publicly demonstrates their commitment to volunteering.
The Investors in Volunteers accreditation is a nationally recognised award and enables Help and Care to publicly acknowledge our commitment to volunteering.
