Free Course for Carers in Bridport
Help and Care are running a free course for Carers in the Bridport area. The three week course will start on Wednesday July 18 and is to be held at Bridport Medical Centre.
Funded by Dorset County Council, the course offers Carers the opportunity to find out who to turn to for information and support, with topics including legal affairs, health and pharmacy, and how to access time off for themselves. Carers will also have the chance to gain skills in assertiveness and to take part in stress and relaxation sessions. Perhaps most importantly, it is a chance to meet others who are in the same situation.
This is a FREE course, and lunch is provided.
