Help and Care in the 2007 London Marathon
Seven local runners completed the Flora London Marathon 2007 to raise money for Help and Care. The runners ranged from 23 year old Dave White who ran this, his first marathon, in 4 hours 1minute, to marathon veteran and Help and Care colleague John Walsgrove who finished the marathon in 3 hours and 3 minutes.
