Help and Care launches MOVING ON
Help and Care is proud to be launching an exciting new service for people who are considering moving home.
MOVING ON is a totally new concept, particularly designed to support older people who are deciding whether to move. We will provide totally independent advice, advocacy and support to people who want to consider all their options when they are thinking about the best place for them to live. For people who decide to stay where they are we will provide all the assistance they need to make their home as comfortable as possible. This might include assistance with adaptations or finding support to help them live as independently as possible.
For those people who decide to move we will market and sell their property whilst providing a Moving Planner - a person to support them along every step of the journey.
We know how difficult it can be to decide whether to move and the minefield of moving can be enough to put people off altogether. MOVING ON helps people to make the right decisions for them and provides them with all the assistance they need whether they move or not.
