Help and Care receives top marks from the Charity Commission
Following a recent Review Visit Help and Care has received a glowing report from the Charity Commission. Mark Sharman Chief Executive said "We are thrilled with the report. It reflects the hard work and dedication and of our staff and volunteers"
The Report commends Help and Care for its strategic planning and committment to strong governance principles. It recognised its innovative activities and ability to collaborate with partner organisations.
The only recommendations in the report were;
- To better consider how the charity can celebrate its success
- To distinguish between trustees and non trustees in the minutes of the trustee meetings
