Monthly Carers Support at New Help and Care Carers Centre, Bournemouth
Help and Care is opening its Bournemouth Carers Centre doors to carers support once a month. The sessions, which are free to attend and there is no need to book, will be run on the second Thursday of each month from 1.30 – 3.30.
There will be guest speakers, free internet access, and lots of advice and information. They are also a good opportunity to meet other carers.
