Donate in memory

Making a donation in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way to celebrate their life. It really is a positive way to help make their memory last and to support Help and Care’s work.

It can also be a great comfort at a time of loss to remember someone close to you in this way. A donation in memory of someone special can be made in place of‚ or as well as‚ flowers at a funeral. It’s up to you.

We are always particularly grateful for these special donations. No matter what the size, these gifts will enable us to continue our work to make life better for older people.

Ways to donate in memory

Donate by telephone

To make a donation by telephone, please call us on 03001113303.

Donate by post

To donate by post, call Help and Care to order a donation in memory form and return it to the address on the form.

If you are organising a collection at a funeral you may wish to ask friends and relatives of your loved one to make a donation to Help and Care.

We can provide you with donation envelopes, each printed with clear instructions, which can be passed on to those who would like to donate.

You can order donation envelopes by emailing us at contact@helpandcare.org.uk. Alternatively, you can instruct those who would like to donate to send cheques directly to:
Fundraising team
Help and Care
The Pokesdown Centre
896 Christchurch Road
Bournemouth BH7 6DL

Please ask them to include their name and address, so we can send them a thank you letter in receipt of donation, and the name of the deceased.

Thank you for thinking of Help and Care at such a sensitive time and for considering donating in such a special way.
