PROGRAMME October 2011 to March 2012
If you are affected by dementia and would like to meet others in a similar situation, you will be welcomed at one of our local Dementia Cafes.
- Opportunityfor stimulation and activity for those affected by dementia.
- You can spend time chatting with friends and family in a relaxed social setting.
- Staff will be available to give you support, provide information
- Refreshments are available. (donations welcome)

Mental Health Information Evenings
Aimed at people supporting a friend or family member with mental health difficulties, but anyone welcome (may be of interest to students, staff and volunteers who encounter mental health issues in those they support).
