Run for Roots in the London Marathon 2024

Inspired by the 2023 London Marathon? Why not run for us next year? We have spaces in the 2024 London Marathon. Every penny you raise will go directly to the Roots gardening project from Help & Care, supporting people's wellbeing through nature.

The TCS London Marathon is one of the top-five World Marathon runs and the best known fundraising event in the UK. It’s a great opportunity to develop your running experience, challenge yourself, and raise money to help people in the local community. To access a place running for us, we ask that you raise a minimum of £1,500 to support our charitable work.

If you’d like to find out more about this event or apply for a place, please contact us as soon as possible on 0300 111 3303 or contact@helpandcare.org.uk.

"I feel very privileged and blessed to have been given the opportunity to enter the most iconic marathon in the world, represent and at the same time raise crucial funds that the charity needs. From the outset of the race, I cannot explain how amazing the atmosphere is, The fellow runners, the marshals, and the crowds on route. Seeing little faces stood by the side of the road cheering and supporting was very humbling and something that I will cherish forever. I can now with pride say I am a marathon runner!"
