Complete the Membership Form and return it with the annual fee payment to Help and Care, 896 Christchurch Road, Pokesdown, Bournemouth BH7 6DL. Alternatively please call the Handiworks Team on 0300 111 3303 and ask them to post you a Handiworks Plus Membership Pack which contains our Step by Step Members Guide, Rate Card and Membership Form.
