How is Moving On funded?
A fee of 1% + VAT of the realised sale price if the vendor simply wants the property sold as with any other agent but would rather see the profits from their fee go towards Help and Care’s invaluable work.
A fee of 1.5% + VAT of the realised sale price is charged if the Moving Planner service is utilised, any profits from the fee goes towards Help and Care’s invaluable work.
Who can use Moving On?
Anyone of any age who would like to sell a property in the BH postcode.
