If so this is for you both. On the 2nd and 4th Fridays each month there is now a new place to meet, have a cuppa, make new friends, do some craft and singing, and find some hope.

Highcliffe Carer Support Group
A friendly carer support group that meets every week from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at Highcliffe Day Centre, in the Woodland View Room.

St John Ambulance - Carer Support Programme
Improving the health and wellbeing of carers and the people they care for, free courses consisting of four sessions (including complementary lunch). Additional short break hours are available to carers who are unable to leave their cared for person alone.
