Whatever your personal circumstances and whether or not you are eligible for Social Services assistance, you are in control of decisions about your support.

Once you have identified your needs, considered your options and decided what is best for you then you can make your own decisions about how your support is organised.

If you are eligible for Social Services then you should know your Care Manager and they will help you to devise your Support Plan. See our Section on 'I want, or think I am eligible for Social Services...' for more help.

If you prefer not to use Social Services, or are not eligible for Social Services support then Help and Care can assist you to devise your Support Plan or help you to organise your support. See our section on 'I am paying for my own support...' to see how we can help.
