A friendly phone call Every week fully trained volunteers provide a Telephone Befriending service to isolated older people living in Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset.

The service not only provides social contact but also gives isolated people the opportunity to discuss their concerns and to access additional support when they need it.

All calls are made by trained volunteers.
