Dorset Primary Care Training Hub has invested in providing a funded non-clinical workforce supervision framework of support until March 2023 which includes an offer of Personalised Care Institute (PCI) accredited training in partnership with Help & Care and CEmPaC.
The framework offered by Dorset Primary Care Training Hub provides fully funded coaching-skills training for Dorset Primary Care Network (PCN) colleagues in the following roles:
- Health & Wellbeing Coach
- Social Prescribing Link Worker
- Care Coordinator

Supervision and Support
In addition to the PCI-accredited training, the Dorset Training Hub framework offers two fully funded options of supervision and support to choose from.
Either:
External support from the framework partners to provide supervision
Or:
Training and development to upskill your workforce to be able to provide the support internally.
