Help & Care are delighted to be a key partner in the development and launch of Dorset's Dementia Pathway. Professionals who work across health and social care, emergency services, charities and dementia friendly communities such as churches and community groups are invited to attend Dorset’s dementia pathway launch event on 17 May from 2-3pm.
It will raise awareness of services offered in Dorset to support people with dementia or if someone is concerned a family member or friend is experiencing memory problems, and how professionals can signpost them.
