Empowering Ethnic Minorities: Help & Care Partners with DREC

We are delighted to announce our partnership with the Dorset Race Equality Council to strengthen support for ethnic minority communities across Dorset, addressing their unique needs and aspirations.

Both Help & care and Dorset Race Equality Council recognise the importance of fostering stronger community relations in Dorset and through this partnership, we will provide essential advice, information, and guidance to enhance understanding and promote inclusivity.

Central to this partnership is a commitment to mutual respect and collaboration, with a shared goal of maximising benefits for Dorset’s diverse communities. The collaboration will involve the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and resources, focusing on mutual interests such as stakeholder engagement, policy development, and the advancement of equality and diversity. Help & Care will provide specialized support from its central services, while both organizations will contribute to annual reporting and engage in strategic discussions to address emerging trends and challenges.

We are excited to join forces with the Dorset Race Equality Council to better serve ethnic minority communities in our region. By pooling our resources and expertise, we can make a meaningful impact and advance our shared goals of equality, diversity, and inclusion
