Effective immediately, our annual leave entitlements are as follows:
Full-time staff: Increased from 25 days to 28 days paid leave per year, plus Bank Holidays
Managers: Increased from 28 days to 29 days paid leave per year, plus Bank Holidays
Leadership Team: Remains at 30 days paid leave per year, plus Bank Holidays
Chief Executive: Remains at 32 days paid leave per year, plus Bank Holidays
Part-time employees: Pro-rata leave based on hours worked
These changes are part of our broader wellbeing strategy, demonstrating our commitment to recognizing the hard work and dedication of our employees.
