Wellbeing Events

We organise wellbeing events through the year to provide personalised advice and information to support your wellbeing. Take advantage of the opportunity to meet our representatives and ask any questions you have about our services.

Location: Bridport Youth & Community Centre, Gundry Lane Bridport. DT6 3RL

Join us at our cummunity based wellbeing event and find out about what support and resources are available in your area. Meet representatives from various PCNs sieze the opportunity to recieve personalised support and advice. 

There will also be a Virtual Dementia Tour where you get to experience what a person living with Dementia maybe experiencing in their daily life.

PARKING: 

You can park for the event at the following car parks, however there is a charge; The Dolphin Multi Story Car Park or Seldown Car Park which are located opposite the Poole Lighthouse. There is free parking at Poole Park which is a 7-minute walk away. 

 

 

Dementia Coordinator Events

Join us for personalised dementia events where we offer vital information, advice and support for individuals living with dementia, their families, and caregivers. Led by our expereinces dementia coordinators, our events provide tailored guidance and invaluable resources to navigate the challenges of dementia and enhance the quality of life for those affected by dementia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

HOPE Courses


We offer a programme to help people living in Dorset struggling with long-term health conditions; build confidence. learn how to manage their condition(s), including mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, and depression, better, and to help people cope better with long-term medical conditions. 

 

The course is free to attend and it takes place at various times and locations throughout Dorset. A typical course is 6 weekly sessions, that lasts for 2.5 hours. Visit HOPE to learn more about our courses.
