HOPE Courses
We offer a programme to help people in Dorset who are struggling with long-term health conditions, including mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, and depression. The HOPE Programme aims to build confidence, teach people how to manage their conditions better, and help them cope more effectively with long-term medical conditions.
The course is free to attend and it takes place at various times and locations throughout Dorset. A typical course consists of 6 weekly sessions, each lasting for 2.5 hours. Visit HOPE to learn more about our courses.
What our events attendees say...
"I am truly impressed by this wonderful event. It was great, and I hope there will be similar events in the future. As an older person, my generation is often overlooked with so many things online, and given that I am not very knowledgeable in IT, I often miss out. This event has brough me into contact with many organisations and services I would not have been aware of otherwise."

"I have really enjoyed it, especially sharing with other like-minded people and having good, helpful facilitators."
