Our short survey asks one simple question: What matters most to you about living well in your community?
You’ll also be asked for the first part of your postcode so we can understand the needs of different local areas. Your responses will help us identify common themes and ensure local voices are at the heart of our future plans.
We’re hoping to hear from as many people as possible by Sunday 31 August, although we’ll continue accepting responses until early September.
