The Reach Out service aims to give you a helping hand to get out of the house and meet people and make new friends.  We will visit you initially for a cup of tea and a chat, and talk about the sorts of things you are interested in or would like to try. We can help you find out about activities, groups and clubs in your area, and go along with you to the activity of
your choice until you feel you are settled in. We can also support you in everyday situations until you feel confident enough to do things by yourself.
Alternatively if you are immobile, just having some company can make all the difference. You may not want a visit so we also offer a friendly telephone support service.
