Citizens Advice can offer general advice and casework advice on welfare, benefits, debt and employment. All bureaux now have a short introductory interview to help decide how you can best be advised. You may then be asked to make an appointment. Local offices are located as follows:

If your initial enquiry to the Advice Line cannot be immediately dealt with over the phone, or when you visited the office during the Drop-In opening hours, then an Advisor will book you an appointment to discuss your enquiry in more depth with a Specialist or Generalist Advisor at either the bureau office or at one of the out reach centres across Bournemouth.

Drop – In opening hours at main office: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm.
