Claims usually take up to 22 days to process, unless the claim is made under ‘special rules’. Claims made under special rules will be dealt with much more urgency.


Service Personnel and Veterans Agency

The Service Personnel and Veterans Agency works to improve personnel, pensions, and welfare and support services to members of the UK Armed Forces and veterans, and their dependents.
