Wellbeing Hubs

One-to-one help for emotional wellbeing, life challenges, and mental health support.

Overview

Practical help, compassionate listening, and a clear path forward

Life’s pressures can pile up fast – finances, family, housing, studies, grief, or simply the weight of worry itself. Our trained Wellbeing Coordinators are here to guide you toward the right help at the right time, so you can breathe easier and feel more in control.

How Access Wellbeing Can Help

We offer personalised support on a wide range of topics, including:

  • Mental health & emotional wellbeing – stress, anxiety, low mood
  • Education, training & employment – CVs, courses, confidence at work
  • Benefits & financial advice – navigating the system, budgeting tips
  • Housing issues – from landlord worries to finding a safe home
  • Support for carers – respite options, peer groups, practical guidance
  • Social connections & activities – meeting people, finding your tribe
  • Bereavement & grief – gentle, understanding support after loss
  • Volunteering – give back, gain skills, feel part of something bigger

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay. Together we’ll untangle the issues and make a plan that feels doable.

What to Expect:

  • One‑to‑one sessions | face‑to‑face, phone, or video
  • Flexible scheduling | weekly or fortnightly, booked in advance
  • A single, friendly Coordinator who sticks with you throughout
  • Practical action steps plus emotional encouragement—because both matter

We work alongside local charities, community groups, the NHS, and Dorset Council as part of the Access Wellbeing programme, so you’ll always be linked to trusted, local support.

What we offer

Support that’s personal, local, and seamless
– so you never have to tell your story twice.

1-1 Support

Health & Wellbeing Coaching

Feel seen. Feel supported. Feel like yourself again.

Life can be tough – and it’s okay to need a little help along the way. Our Health & Wellbeing Coaches are here to support you in finding your own way forward, helping you build confidence and feel more in control of your health and daily life.

This is support designed with you and for you. No pressure, no judgement – just space to be heard and time to explore what matters most.

Connect to community

Social Prescribing Service

Helping you feel connected, confident, and supported.

Sometimes, the things that impact our wellbeing aren’t medical at all – they’re social, emotional, or practical. That’s where our Social Prescribing Link Workers come in.

They’re here to help you look at the bigger picture of your life – and support you to find community-based solutions that build resilience, reduce isolation, and empower you to move forward.
