Life can be tough – and it’s okay to need a little help along the way. Our Health & Wellbeing Coaches are here to support you in finding your own way forward, helping you build confidence and feel more in control of your health and daily life. 

This is support designed with you and for you. No pressure, no judgement – just space to be heard and time to explore what matters most. 

How Coaching Can Help

Your coach will: 

  • Listen with empathy and without judgement 
  • Help you explore your own solutions to life’s challenges 
  • Support you to feel more confident, positive, and in control 
  • Offer practical ways to self-manage your health and wellbeing 
  • Guide you in taking small steps towards a life that feels more balanced and joyful 

Whether you’re adjusting to a new health diagnosis, struggling with anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed, coaching can help you find clarity and confidence again. 

What to Expect: 

  • Sessions last up to 45 minutes 
  • Delivered face-to-face, by phone, or video call 
  • Held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs 
  • We’ll aim to book sessions in advance, so you have a clear plan of support 

Our service is flexible to fit around your life – because your wellbeing shouldn’t feel like one more thing on your to-do list.
